Quit with a friend.

Having someone quit with you can increase your chances of success. You have someone there to help you through the rough places and to make you accountable if you are thinking about slipping up. Scheduling activities to do together can help get both of your minds off of cigarettes. For example, take up a sport like bicycling or tennis. Maybe start hiking or running. The increased exercise will be good for you also.
