Don't forget to pass-onto the buyer the shipping costs and make him understand the possibility that the items might get damaged along the way. This is one of the reasons why I prefer having to meet personally after an agreement has been made online.
Nevertheless, utilizing the web for selling and collecting antiques is a good practice since it is cost efficient on your part. There's no need for costly advertising in papers or other media.
